How do I use your wax? - We recommend using a wax warmer, either electric or tea light. We have some of our favorites available on the site!

Do I have to use the whole melt in one go? - No, not at all! Feel free to cut them up to the desired size.

Do you have a cure time? - We recommend waiting at least two weeks from the pour date on your wax before melting to ensure it has maximum scent throw. 

How can I be kept up to date on new products, restock days, etc? - Follow us on instagram (@villainouswax), subscribe to our email list, join our Facebook group, and like our Facebook page. 

How do I go about placing a custom order? Join our Facebook group or shoot us an email for more details. 

How come I can't find a specific product from your scent list? - We rotate our scents often with new collections each month. If there is a scent on our Master Scent List page that you can't find on the website, that means it's a past scent and we have sold out of that product. Feel free to contact us for a custom order. 

Some of your melts are of the larger variety.... I don't really know what to do now...  Don't worry! We are here to help. If you overfill the melter, it hinders the scent throw. We recommend 1-2 oz maximum of wax melting at one time. You can cut up the larger shapes with fishing wire, soap cutter, or cheese knife. Putting it in the microwave for 5 second bursts will help soften it too.

Do you offer refunds and order cancellations? - The short answer is no. We do not offer refunds and cancel orders once they are placed due to the nature of the business. We clearly state turnaround times for pre-orders and ready to ship items so you know when your order will ship. We do refund shipping overages when shipping your orders though. 

When can I expect my order to ship? - Ready to ship orders take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to ship. Pre-orders have stated turn around times in the listing.
