Villainous Wax Subscription Box Information
Introducing the Villainous Wax Subscription Box! Each month the contents and theme of this box will change.
Our boxes are available from the 15th of the previous month through the 1st of the current month. It is a 2 week long enrollment period with shipment between the 24th and the 27th of the current month. Example: Enrolment for January’s box will take place from December 15 through January 1.

Q: How much is the monthly box?
A: Our monthly box is priced at $40 including shipping! All boxes have a value greater than the purchase price.
Please note that this IS a recurring charge. On the 1st of each month you will be charged for our monthly box that will ship on the 24th of each month.
Shipping is included for residents of the US only. If you are located outside of the US, you will be invoiced for the extra shipping charge monthly.
Q; Can I use a coupon?
A: NO COUPONS PLEASE.
Q: When will I be billed for my monthly box?
A: Your FIRST box will be charged the day you place the order. FUTURE boxes will be billed on the 1st of every month.
Q: Can I skip a box?
A: Yes! Please contact me at email@example.com before 11:59 p.m. CST on the last day of the month. Please note: You may skip the monthly box three (3) times in one calendar year or your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
Q: Do you cap the number of boxes available each month?
A: Yes! Due to production times and limited quantities of exclusive items added to the monthly box, numbers will be capped to ensure we are able to ship on time. If you are a new subscriber and see an upcoming theme that’s a must have, be sure and sign up on the 15th to secure your box! If you have an ongoing subscription, no need to worry!
Q: What comes in the box?
A: It’s a mystery! Each month, you’ll receive at least 18 oz of wax and other fun on-theme goodies guaranteed to have a higher value of the purchase price. For a look at previous monthly boxes, check out our Instagram highlight “VW Sub Box” and be sure to join our Facebook group!

Subscription Policy / Terms & Conditions
Please note you are signing up for a subscription service which means billing will occur automatically every month. Your FIRST box will be charged the day placed. All future billing will occur on the 1st of every monthand boxes will ship between the 24th & 27th of every month. In the event of an unforeseen delay, subscribers will be notified.
By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by Villainous Wax after the expiration date of your payment card.
Cancellation of same month subscription will be allowed up to 11:59 p.m. CST on the last day of the month. Any cancellations after this date will not be processed and will apply to the next billing cycle (next month). Skips of over 3 times in one calendar year will result in inability to purchase future subscription boxes and cancellation of any subsequent box orders by customer. Boxes are not guaranteed for subscribers who have late/delayed payments. If you are having an issue with your payment after the 1st, please contact support at email@example.com immediately for assistance.
All customers are responsible for their own address updates and changes. However, if you change your address AFTER the 1st of the month when orders are created OR after your initial payment and order placement, you MUST contact customer support before shipping begins to ensure change has been made. Villainous Wax is not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address if customer does not notify customer support. Address changes after order placement are never guaranteed. However, we will do our best to try to help depending on order status. If payment cannot be obtained, the subscription box will not ship and will not be reserved for subscriber if no response or update in payment after 3 attempts.
